Abstract
Objective To study and establish the analytical method of thin-layer identification and determination of flavonoid content of Jinsang Granules,and to lay the foundation for the establishment of the quality standard of this preparation.Methods Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used for the qualitative identification of Scutellaria baicalen-sis in Jinsang Granules,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry(UV-Vis)for the determination of total flavonoids,and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for the determination of baicalin,baicalein,wogonoside,wogonin in Jinsang Granules.Results UV-Vis showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of the total flavonoids in Jinsang Granules was 276 nm,and the average recovery(n=6)were 100.11%.TLC showed that the spots of Jinsang Granules and the control at the corresponding positions were clear and well separated,and the negative control was not interfered with.HPLC showed that the linearity of baicalin,baicalein,wogonoside,wogonin were good,withr≥0.999 5,the average recoveries(n=6)were 96.87%,93.10%,100.65%and 99.37%,respectively,which met the specified recovery limits.The average recoveries(n=6)were 96.87%,93.10%,100.65%and 99.37%,respectively,which were in accordance with the specified recovery limits.Conclusion The qualitative identification of Scutellaria baicalensis and quantitative analysis of flavonoids in Jinsang Gran-ules established in this experiment are accurate,reliable,exclusive and reproducible,which provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Jinsang Granules.关键词
