桂枝茯苓胶囊对EB病毒感染引起的凝血系统异常的影响研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules in patients with Epstein-Barr virus infec-tion.Methods A total of 60 patients with Epstein-Barr virus infection admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiviral therapy,and the observation group was treated with conventional antiviral combined with Guizhi Fuling Capsules.The coagulation index level,platelet,incidence of adverse reactions and total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,serum von Willebrand factor(vWF),fibrin degradation product(FDP),D-dimer(D-D)and plasma fibrinogen(FBG)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were higher than those before treatment,the vWF,FDP,D-D and FBG of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the PT and APTT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,platelet count(PLT)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and platelet volume distribution width(PDW)and mean platelet volume(MPV)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,PLT and PDW indexes in observation group were higher than those of control group,MPV was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules can restore the coagulation function of patients infected with Epstein-Barr virus,and can achieve the expected effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
