四味姜黄汤散对维持性血液透析患者微炎症及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响
Effect of Siwei Jianghuangtang San on micro inflammation and carotid intima-media thickness in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Siwei Jianghuangtang San on microinflammation and carotid intima-me-dia thickness(CIMT)in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 79 patients with MHD in the Department of Nephrology of Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 and 20 healthy patients who were examined in the Department of Physical Examination were selected as the research objects.According to the dialysis time,the patients with MHD were divided into the MHD treatment group(41 cases)and the MHD control group(38 cases).Color Doppler ultrasound was used to measure CIMT in each group.Serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),pentraxin 3(PTX3)and monocyte/lymphocyte ratio(MLR)were detected before and after treatment of Siwei Jianghuangtang San,and the relationship between microinflammation and CIMT was analyzed.Results The levels of hs-CRP,MLR,PTX3 and CIMT in MHD group were higher than those in healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,MLR and PTX3 in MHD treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in CIMT before and after treatment in MHD treatment group(P＞0.05).According to the CIMT value,the level of PTX3 in the moderate MHD treatment group was higher than that in the mild MHD treatment group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in hs-CRP and MLR levels between moderate and mild MHD treatment groups(P＞0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,MLR and PTX3 in severe MHD treatment group were higher than those in mild group and moderate group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion MHD patients have microinflam-matory state,which is closely related to CIMT.Siwei Jianghuangtang San can prevent and cure the occurrence and development of cardiovascular events in MHD patients by improving the microinflammatory state of MHD patients.关键词
