角膜绷带镜联合埋线缝合在翼状胬肉手术中的应用效果
Application effect of corneal bandage lens combined with buried suture in pterygium surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of corneal bandage lens combined with buried suture in ptery-gium surgery.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with pterygium who were admitted to Department of Ophthalmology,ShangRao People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group(n=30,30 eyes)and observation group(n=30,30 eyes)according to different postoperative ocular surface repair plans.The control group received corneal bandage lens combined with interrupted suture,while the observation group received corneal bandage lens combined with buried suture.The subjective dry eye symptoms(SDES),Schirmer Ⅰ test(S Ⅰ t)results,tear film break-up time(BUT)and corneal fluorescence staining(FL)were compared be-tween the two groups before and after surgery(before surgery and 1 week,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after surgery),and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results At 1 week,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after operation,the SDES and FL scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the S Ⅰt and BUT were longer than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 1 week,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after operation,the SDES and FL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the S Ⅰt and BUT were longer than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total clinical effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing pterygium surgery can experience faster relief of postoperative discomfort,improvement of tear film stability,and improvement of corneal epithelial fluorescence staining when using corneal bandage mirror combined with buried suture compared to corneal bandage mirror combined with intermittent suture.However,the repair effect of the two methods on the ocular surface is comparable.关键词
