3D打印辅助预弯钛板在老年腕关节骨折中的应用效果
Application effect of 3D printing assisted prebending titanium plate in the treatment of wrist fractures in the elderly

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing assisted prebending titanium plate in the treatment of wrist fractures in the elderly.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with wrist fracture admitted to ShangRao People's Hos-pital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with 3D printing prebending titanium plate,and the control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,healing and complications of the two groups were recorded and compared.The palmar inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle,radial height and the loss of the three were compared between the two groups after operation.The wrist flexion and extension range,radioulnar deviation,forearm rotation range of motion,and grip strength were compared between the two groups.Cooney wrist function score was used to evaluate the wrist function of the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months,and the fractures healed well without related complications.The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in palmar tilt angle and ulnar deviation angle between the two groups immediately after operation(P>0.05).The radial height of the observation group was higher than that of the control group immediately after operation,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Immediately after operation,the loss of palmar tilt angle and ulnar deviation angle in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the loss of radial height was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the wrist flexion and extension range,ra-dioulnar deviation,and forearm rotation range of motion of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in grip strength between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Cooney wrist function score between the two groups at 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The short-term follow-up results of 3D printing personalized assisted prebending titanium plate in the treatment of senile wrist fractures are satisfactory,which can accurately reduce the reduction and fixation of fracture,reduce the operation time and blood loss,and achieve good reduction and fixation of articular surface,and good recovery of wrist joint function after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
