解郁丸联合沙盘游戏疗法治疗儿童青少年抑郁障碍的效果
Effect of Jieyu Pills combined with sandplay therapy on depression disor-der in children and adolescents
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jieyu Pills combined with sandplay therapy on depression disorder in children and adolescents.Methods A total of 60 adolescents and children with depression disorder in the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jieyu Pills combined with sandplay,and the control group was treated with simply Jieyu Pills.Clinical depression symptoms,daily living ability,emotional regulation and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The depression symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of emotional regulation difficulty scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of behavioral characteristics in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Jieyu Pills and sandplay in the treatment of children and adolescents with depression disorder can improve the degree of depression,positively regulate emotion,improve the rehabilitation effect on the basis of improving treatment compliance,and help improve the daily living ability of children,which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
