早期针灸康复治疗联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者的临床效果
Clinical effect of early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treat-ment combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in patients with acute ischemic stroke limb dysfunction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment com-bined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 80 patients who were treated for AIS limb dysfunction in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to June 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by envelope random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection and conventional treatment,and the study group was given additional early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment.The syndrome score,neurological function,daily activity ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before treatment and after 7-14 days of treatment,and the clinical efficacy,complications and recurrence were compared.Results The scores of verbal skew,shortness of breath,dizziness and delirium,the National In-stitutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and menopause rating scale(MRS)of the study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the scores of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)and activity of daily living(ADL)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation treatment combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection is effective in AIS limb dysfunction patients,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve neurological function and daily activity ability,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
