体外冲击波联合浮针治疗脑卒中后小腿三头肌痉挛患者的效果
Effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with floating nee-dle therapy on patients with triceps spasm of the calf after stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with floating needle therapy on patients with triceps spasm of the calf after stroke.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,a total of 80 patients with triceps spasm of the calf in the recovery stage after stroke in Yunfu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the re-search objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).On the basis of routine rehabilitation,the control group was treated with low frequency treatment of spastic muscle combined with floating needle therapy,while the treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with floating needle therapy.The modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),and passive range of motion(PROM)of ankle dorsiflexion were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the MAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the FMA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PROM of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the PROM of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with floating needle ther-apy in the treatment of triceps spasm of the calf after stroke can effectively improve the triceps spasm of the calf,increase the range of motion of ankle joint,and improve the motor function of lower limbs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
