Qualitative study on early breastfeeding experience of mothers with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the early breastfeeding experience of mothers with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods Objective sampling method was used to select 15 mothers with NRDS who were admitted to Ping Xiang Maternity and Child Care from March 2022 to September 2023 to conduct face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews on their early breastfeeding experience.Interpretive phenomenology analysis was used to analyze the interview data and ex-tract the themes.Results Four themes were identified after the interview,including insufficient understanding of early breastfeeding cognition and NRDS,early interruption of early breastfeeding,coexistence of positive and negative experiences in early breastfeeding intention,and need for early breastfeeding support.Conclusion Mothers with NRDS may feel difficult and confused during early breastfeeding.Breastfeeding education and NRDS disease knowledge popularization can provide support and help to early breastfeeding behavior,improve feeding experience and effectively relieve parenting pressure and burden,which is conducive to the establishment of health and breastfeeding behavior of NR DS children.关键词
