小儿清炎合剂联合阿比多尔治疗热毒袭肺证儿童流行性感冒的效果及安全性
Efficacy and safety of Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture combined with Arbidol in the treatment of influenza in children with heat toxicity attacking lung syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture combined with thrombin inhibitor Arbidol in the treatment of influenza in children.Methods A total of 150 influenza children with heat toxicity attacking lung syndrome treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from June to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.A case-control study design was adopted and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(120 cases,60 cases in control group A and 60 cases in control group B)according to the principle of 1:2.Observation group was treated with Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture combined with Arbidol Hydrochloride Granules,control group A was treated with Oseltamivir combined with Xiaoer Ferekechuan Oral Liquid,control group B was treated with Oseltamivir combined with Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture.The improvement rate of total score of influenza symptoms,symptom remission time,adverse drug reaction,clinical effect and clinical outcome of the three groups were compared.Results There were no significant differ-ences in the remission time of influenza symptoms such as fever,fatigue and cough among the three groups(P＞0.05).The remission time of vomiting in observation group was shorter than that in control group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in vomiting remission time between observation group and control group B(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of influenza symptoms among the three groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in the clinical combination of convulsion,use of antibiotics and hospitalization rate among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion The combination of Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture and Arbidol is safe and effective in the treatment of children's influenza with heat toxin attacking lung syndrome,improving the effect of summer flu vomiting symptoms,without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
