瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚在妇科腹腔镜术中麻醉效果的比较
Comparison of the anesthetic effect of Remimazolam and Propofol in gy-necological laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of transverse abdominis plane block(TAPB)combined with Remimazolam and Propofol in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Seventy-four patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to random number table method.All patients underwent TAPB surgery,with the experimental group receiving a combination of Remimazolam Besylate and the control group receiving a combination of Propofol.The levels of vital signs(heart rate[HR],bispecific index[BIS],mean arterial pressure[MAP]),anesthesia recovery status,postoperative pain score(VAS),and adverse reactions be-tween two groups of patients at different time points were compared.Results There were no significant differences in HR,MAP and BIS indexes between the two groups at different time points(P＞0.05).The anesthesia recovery time of experimen-tal group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).VAS scores of ex-perimental group at 2 and 12 h after operation were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Propofol,TAPB combined with Remimazolam achieves better anesthesia effect in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.The patient's perioperative vital signs are relatively stable,the anesthesia recovery time is shorter,the pain is lighter,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower.It is safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion and application.关键词
