脐针联合四妙散治疗围绝经期膝骨关节炎的临床研究
Clinical study of umbilical needle combined with Simiao Powder in the treatment of perimenopausal knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of umbilical needle combined with Simiao Powder in the treatment of per-imenopausal knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with perimenopausal knee osteoarthritis admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the treatment group(35 cases).The treatment group was given umbilical needle combined with Simiao Powder and Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules,and the con-trol group was given Glucosamine Sulfate Capsule.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the knee function score and the total effective rate after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The knee VAS score of control group was higher than that of treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the knee function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of perimenopausal knee osteoarthritis,umbili-cal needle combined with Simiao Powder can effectively relieve knee pain,improve knee function,safety and no side effects,and the effect is significant,which is worthy of further study and clinical promotion and application.关键词
