Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao San in patients with ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 72 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Women and Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules,while the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao San.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,ovarian cyst volume,sex hormone levels(follicle stimulating hormone[FSH],estradiol[E2],leuteinizing hormone[LH]),hemorheological indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ovarian cyst volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,E2 level was lower than that in the control group,LH and FSH level were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The application of modi-fied Danggui Shaoyao San in the treatment of ovarian cyst patients has a good effect,which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms,reducing the volume of ovarian cysts,regulating hormone levels,and is safe and reliable.It is worth promoting.关键词
