Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on the interactive model of healthy behavior on the compliance and complications of patients with arthroscopic surgery for cruciate ligament injury of the knee.Methods A total of 150 pa-tients with arthroscopic surgery for cruciate ligament injury of the knee who were admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(75 cases)and experimental group(75 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received nursing based on the interactive model of healthy behavior on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance,complications,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the SAS score of the experi-mental group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on healthy behavior interac-tion mode,it helps to improve the compliance of patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery for knee cruciate ligament injury,thereby reducing the risk of surgical complications.It also has a positive impact on the improvement of patients'psychological state and quality of life,and can enhance their nursing satisfaction.关键词
