Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing mode on elderly patients after knee replacement.Methods A total of 92 patients undergo total knee replacement in the 73rd Group Military Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received integrated nursing mode intervention.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,knee joint function(range of motion[ROM],Lysholm knee joint score),incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT),quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week and 3 months after surgery,VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before surgery,ROM and Lysholm scores were higher than those before surgery,VAS scores in study group were lower than those of control group,ROM and Lysholm scores were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated nursing mode intervention in total knee replacement patients is significant,which can effectively relieve the degree of postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of DVT,further improve the function of the knee joint,promote recovery,and thus improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
