Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional di-etary intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 80 el-derly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery treated in Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and progressive group according to computer random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and the progressive group received progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional dietary intervention.The rate of compliance with rehabilitation management,hip function before and after nursing intervention,and overall nutritional status rating scale scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the nursing satisfaction rating scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey when the two groups of patients were discharged.Re-sults The compliance rate and satisfaction with rehabilitation management of progressive group were higher than those of the control group,the Harris score after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the patient-generated subjective glob-al assessment(PG-SGA)score was lower than that of the control group,and the Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)score at discharge was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Progressive rehabilitation nursing combined with nutritional dietary intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery can effectively improve the compliance rate of patients with rehabilitation management,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients and improve the nutritional status of patients,and obtain a higher degree of satisfaction evaluation of rehabilitation management.关键词
