安宁疗护联合中医护理技术在晚期肺癌疼痛患者中的应用效果
Application effect of palliative care combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in patients with advanced lung cancer pain

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of palliative care combined with traditional Chinese medicine nurs-ing technology in patients with advanced lung cancer pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced lung cancer pain admitted to Dahua Hospital of Xuhui District,Shanghai from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received palliative care,while patients in the study group received palliative care combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.The quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QOL-C30),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and pain(visual analogue scale[VAS])scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically signifi-cant differences in QOL-C30,SAS,SDS and VAS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the functional domain scores of QOL-C30 of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the symptom domain scores and single scale scores were lower than those before nursing,and the overall health status domain score of the study group was higher than that before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the score of overall health status domain in the of QOL-C30 before and after nursing of the control group(P＞0.05).The SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The QOL-C30 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group in the functional domain and the overall health status domain,and the symptom domain score and single scale score were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Palliative care combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the nursing of patients with advanced lung cancer pain can improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent,which is worthy of effective promotion in more clinical applications.关键词
