基于循证的康复护理方案在良性前列腺增生术后尿失禁患者中的构建与应用
Construction and application of evidence-based rehabilitation nursing pro-gram in patients with urinary incontinence after benign prostatic hyper-plasia surgery

Abstract
Objective To construct an evidence-based rehabilitation nursing plan for postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery and conduct clinical verification,so as to provide reference for clinical rehabilitation nursing for postoperative urinary incontinence patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 80 pa-tients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Deyang People's Hospital from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients suffered from urinary incontinence after transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing scheme,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based re-habilitation nursing intervention scheme for patients with urinary incontinence after prostatic hyperplasia surgery.Urinary incontinence,residual urinary volume,urinary flow rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The international prostate symptom score(IPSS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,24 h urine leakage and bladder residual urine volume were lower than those of the control group,urine flow rate and patient satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based rehabilitation nursing intervention scheme for postoperative urinary incontinence of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery can effectively promote functional rehabilitation of patients with urinary incontinence after postoperative prostatic hyperplasia,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.关键词
