一次性使用腰大池引流管整理装置的临床应用研究
Study on clinical application of one-time use of lumbar drainage tube finishing device
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of one-time use of lumbar drainage tube finishing device in patients after lumbar drainage.Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with indications for lumbar cistern drainage from January 2023 to January 2024 at Nanfang Hospital,Ganzhou were selected as research subjects.A simple randomization method using a random number table was employed to divide them into a control group and an innovative group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group utilized the conventional method of securing drainage tubes with adhesive tape,while the innovative group used a self-designed apparatus for fixing lumbar cistern drainage tubes developed by Nanfang Hospital,Ganzhou.The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Additionally,the incidence of complications and unplanned tube removals(such as intracranial gas accumulation,local infection,tube dislodgment,tube blockage/folding,and skin allergies/tears)as well as the degree of patient satisfaction following the intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The GCQ and GSES scores of the innovative group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications and the rate of unplanned extubation after intervention in the innovation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree of the innovation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion One-time use of lumbar drainage tube finishing device is beneficial to improve the postoperative rehabilitation quality of patients,increase comfort,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
