Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of personalized nursing intervention on renal function protection and quali-ty of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Renal function indicators(serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,urinary albumin excretion rate and glomerular filtration rate),self-care ability score,quality of life score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the excretion rate of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urinary albumin in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical health,mental health,social relations and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention has a significant positive impact on renal function protection and quality of life of diabetic nephropathy patients,patients'self-care ability is significantly improved,and patients'satisfaction with nursing services is higher.关键词
