Abstract
Objective:To summarize the key points and experiences of nursing collaboration in 5 cases of Mako orthopedic robot-assisted artificial total knee arthroplasty.Methods:5 patients who underwent Mako orthopedic robot-assisted artificial total knee arthroplasty from February 2022 to July 2023 in Beijing United Family Hospital were selected.Their clinical data and key points of surgical care collaboration were analyzed,including preparation of robotic instrument,operating room layout,position placement,and nursing collaboration.Results:All the 5 patients were treated with Mako orthopedic robot-assisted artificial total knee arthroplasty with minimal surgical trauma and little intraoperative,bleeding and they were out of bed 24 hours after surgery without nursing complications.Conclusion:Adequate preoperative preparation,skilled and meticulous nursing cooperation of operating room nurses are the important to the surgical safety of patients and the key to the successful completion of Mako orthopedic robot-assisted artificial total knee arthroplasty.关键词
