环泊酚在机器人辅助腹腔镜下根治性前列腺癌切除术中的应用
Application of ciprofol in robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ciprofol in patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(RARP).Methods:202 patients who underwent RARP from February 2020 to August 2023 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected and divided into the study group(ciprofol anesthesia maintenance,n=101)and the control group(sevoflurane anesthesia maintenance,n=101)according to different anesthesia maintenance methods.The cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO2),hemodynamic parameters,postoperative recovery,and incidence of adverse reactions at T0(5 minutes before anesthesia),T1(5 minutes after intubation),T2(1 hour after anesthesia),and T3(2 hours after surgery)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:There was no significant difference in rSO2 between the two groups at T0(P>0.05).Compared to the control group,the rSO2 in the study group was significantly higher at T1(P<0.05)and lower at T2 and T3(P<0.05).The HR,SBP,and DBP at T1,T2,and T3 were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The respiratory recovery time,eye-opening time,extubation time,and leaving time from recovery room were significantly shorter in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group(7 cases,6.93%)than that in the control group(17 cases,16.83%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ciprofol can stabilize the rSO2,improve hemodynamic parameters,reduce recovery time,and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing RARP.关键词
