Clinical applications and technical considerations of robot-assisted transabdominal cervical cerclage(with surgical video)
摘要
Abstract
By reviewing the development process of cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical insufficiency,the advantages and disadvantages of different surgical approaches including transvaginal,laparotomy,laparoscopic and robot-assisted transabdominal cervical cerclage(RA-TAC)are analyzed in this paper.The clinical indications,efficacy,safety and complications of RA-TAC are highlighted,as wen as the clinical experience and surgical skills of RA-TAC are shared with the purpose of promotion of this technique.关键词
