高温影响减数分裂的分子机制研究进展
Research advance of the molecular mechanism of high-temperature effects on meiosis
摘要
Abstract
High temperature affects the reproductive development of organisms,and determines the survival or repro-duction of different species.Reproductive development includes all processes from sexual mother cell genesis to matura-tion of female and male gametes,which depends on the process of meiosis.The meiosis includes the first and second mei-otic divisions,termed meiosis Ⅰ and meiosis Ⅱ.This article will summarize the influences of high temperature on meiosis and its molecular mechanisms,including effects:(1)on the formation of double-stranded DNA break;(2)on the forma-tion of synaptonemal complex and chromosome pairing;(3)on the generation of homologous recombination,(4)on the cell division.Meiosis is an essential process for ensuring genetic stability and diversity across generations.Understanding the effects of high temperature on these processes will help to clarify the adaptation and evolution of different species un-der high temperature environments.关键词
