不同有机肥配施化肥对复垦土壤有机碳矿化特征的影响
Effects of different organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer on the characteristics of organic carbon mineralization in reclaimed soil

Abstract
Soil organic carbon(SOC)mineralization directly affects soil quality and crop growth.This study was to re-veal the characteristics of SOC mineralization in reclaimed soils under different types of organic fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers,from the perspective of soil aggregates.The SOC mineralization rates of the topsoil and aggregates of different particle sizes initially decreased,then increased and decreased again,and finally gradually slowed down.The or-der of SOC mineralization rate,cumulative mineralization(Ct),and potential mineralizable(C0)was as follows:medium aggregates(2~0.25 mm)>large aggregates(>2 mm)>micro-aggregates(<0.25 mm).Compared to the application of chemical fertilizers alone,different types of organic fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers can increase the SOC mineralization rate,Ct and C0 of topsoil and aggregates of various particle sizes.The application of vermicompost and rapeseed cake fertilizer resulted in higher SOC mineralization rate,Ct and C0 than the application of chicken manure.The Ct and C0 of topsoil were significantly positively correlated with SOC and total nitrogen(TN)contents of large and medi-um aggregates,and significantly negatively correlated with micro aggregates SOC and C/N of different particle sizes ag-gregates,and were mainly affected by SOC,TN and C/N in medium aggregates.In summary,medium aggregates play a dominant role in the mineralization of SOC in topsoil.The combination of organic and chemical fertilizers promotes SOC minerali-zation in rural homestead reclamation soils,making it an effective measure to enhance the fertility of reclaimed soils.关键词
