摘要

Abstract

In order to make effective use of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.(peony)seed meal resources,the antioxidant activities,anticholinesterase activities and antibacterial activities of different extracts of peony seed meal were compared and studied in vitro.The active components of peony seed meal were analyzed by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and the active components and potential target proteins were analyzed by molecular docking technology.The results showed that the total phenol contents of 70%methanol extract of peony seed meal was the highest[(159.50±4.29)mg·g-1],and its antioxidant,anticholinesterase and antibacterial activities were the strongest in vitro.LC-MS analysis showed that the main active components of 70%methanol extract of peony seed meal were paeoniflorin,suffruticosol A,suffruticosol B,suffruticosol C and ε-viniferin.Molecular docking results showed that the active components of peony seed meal had good binding ability to various anti-oxidation and anti-aging target proteins,among which ε-viniferin had the strongest binding ability.The results indicated that the 70%methanol extract of peony seed meal had the highest antioxidant,anti-aging and antibacterial activities,which were mainly related to the active components of polyphenols oligostilbene.
