摘要

Abstract

This article focuses on the overload problem of the gate lifting hoist for the control gate of Liushan Station in the south-to-north water diversion project.The cause is attributed to the need for further consideration of the additional load caused by the impact of the downstream water flow on the main beam of the gate during reverse water blocking,in addition to the usual selection based on the forward water blocking gate lifting force.Based on the above reasons,by re-selecting and calculating,replacing the matching motor and corresponding reducer,the problem of motor overload can be completely solved.The research findings can serve as a reference for the optimal selection of gate lifting hoists for control gates and their technical renovation.
