摘要

Abstract

In view of the possible malfunctions of the main chain derailment and tooth rake inclination of the rotary trash remover in the pumping station during the water diversion operation,this paper,combined with the actual engineering situation and based on the on-site conditions,analyzes the causes of the malfunctions and proposes two sets of feasible optimization plans.By optimizing the protection device,malfunctions such as main chain derailment or fracture caused by unilateral jamming during the operation of the trash remover are eliminated.To a certain extent,the maintenance cost is reduced,and the impact of equipment malfunctions on the project operation is eliminated.This can provide reference for the maintenance and renovation of trash removal equipment in similar pumping stations.
