摘要
Abstract
This research focuses on the application of high-efficiency keyhole tungsten-inert gas(K-TIG)welding in butt welding of 316L stainless steel pipes in the LNG dual-fuel ship supply system.It compares K-TIG welding with traditional tungsten-inert gas welding in terms of welding quality,welding efficiency,joint performance,material consumption,and labor costs.The results show that K-TIG welding technology is suitable for the welding of 316L stainless steel pipes in fixed locations such as workshops in the LNG dual-fuel ship supply system.It can significantly improve welding efficiency,reduce labor and material consumption,and has the potential to be widely used in the welding of austenitic stainless steel pipes in the shipping industry.关键词
