Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of different steam curing temperatures on the mechanical properties of fly ash concrete,in this pa-per,the compressive strength,flexural strength and dynamic elastic modulus of fly ash concrete under steam curing at different temperatures were tested and analyzed to reveal the effects of curing temperature on the mechanical properties of fly ash concrete.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete under 40℃,50℃,60℃steaming and 20℃standard curing conditions at 28 days is 62.86、61.91、61.33 and 64.85 MPa,respectively.At 56 d,the dynamic elastic modulus under steaming at 40℃,50℃,60℃and 20℃were 50.80,48.19,47.71 and 47.21 GPa,respectively.In conclusion,the results show that the autoclaved temperature has an important effect on the mechanical properties of concrete.Moderately increasing the autoclaved temperature can help improve the early strength of concrete,but the mechanical properties of concrete are better at the autoclaved temperature of 20℃in the later curing period.关键词
