Abstract
This article explores the application of self balancing static load test in the detection of pile foundations in high-rise commercial buildings.Taking the foundation piles of a square in Nanchang city as an example,self balancing static load tests were used for testing.By set-ting up a load box,applying progressively increasing loads,real-time monitoring of pile displacement and pressure changes,drawing a load displacement curve(Q-s),and calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation pile.The test results indicate that the maximum dis-placement of the pile during loading and unloading in the load box does not exceed 40 mm,and its bearing capacity meets the design require-ments.This experiment has many advantages,mainly manifested in its simple device,time-saving,labor-saving,safety,and low overall cost.The pile foundation testing for high-rise commercial buildings has significant value.关键词
