Application of In-situ Testing Method for Filling of Grouting Sleeve of Prefabricated Concrete Structure
摘要
Abstract
Grouting sleeve is a key component connecting prefabricated components,and its internal grouting fullness directly affects the overall safety performance of prefabricated concrete structures.A project in Jiaxing city,Zhejiang Province was tested by borehole endoscope method,and the effect of traditional rubber plug plug and fullness monitor on grouting fullness was compared and analyzed.The results show that the sealing of traditional rubber plug can easily lead to slurry leakage,air entry and reflux,and affect the connection quality of grouting sleeve.The fullness monitor can effectively ensure the fullness of the stock.It is suggested that the filling monitor should be used for process control in practical engineering,and the sampling inspection method should be supplemented by borehole endoscope to ensure the efficiency and reliabili-ty of filling measurement.关键词
