Abstract
In order to strengthen practical experience in the inspection and appraisal of certain complex old houses.Taking an old building pro-ject with a single story open brick and wood structure as the main structure and partially two or three story brick and concrete structure as an ex-ample,after on-site inspection,identification,and calculation of bearing capacity and seismic resistance,the reliability of the building was ra-ted as level IV and did not meet seismic requirements.Suggestions were made for safety issues,and reinforcement methods were proposed for the steel wood roof truss of the building,for reference.关键词
