Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as cracks and empties during the use of single pillar pier of highway Bridges,this paper takes a single pillar pier highway bridge renovation project as an example,and proposes to use silicon-based polyurethane composite materials to strengthen the bridge single pillar pier,and uses a variety of instruments to test the reinforcement effect.The results show that the grouting of silicon-based polyurethane composite material can effectively control the displacement and improve the shear resistance and bearing capacity of bridge pier cracks,and the increase of shear resistance of bridge 2#pier beams and plates is 75.61%.The increase of bearing capacity of 3#single pillar pier is 10.26%;The displacement of 4#single pillar pier was reduced by66.67%;The performance of the bridge is significantly improved after the reinforcement.关键词
