Abstract
In order to optimize the control of the cost of prefabricated building engineering,a residential building project in Guizhou Province was taken as the research object,and the influence of the layout type and prefabricated component combination scheme on the cost of prefabri-cated building engineering was analyzed.The results showed that the fabricated structure with the increase of precast rate rising cost.When the number of standardized building units increased from 3 to 5,the total building cost increased by 77.7%.Regardless of cast-in-place or pre-cast,the balcony plate cost is the highest,stair cost minimum;To sum up,the interior partition wall+laminated floor+prefabricated stairs+air conditioning board+balcony board combination scheme has the best cost,and the cost is only increased by 221 yuan/m2.关键词
