Abstract

In order to realize the energy-saving effect of HVAC system in building engineering,a super high-rise building project in Guiyang,Guizhou province,was based on the dynamic simulation software DeST2.0 to establish an air conditioning engineering simulation model and an-alyze the monthly variation rule of building energy consumption under efficient conventional cold and heat source,variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system and magnetic levitation centrifugal system.By comparing the energy consumption and cost of construction projects under the three scheme conditions,the best air conditioning system design scheme is determined.After analysis,the energy consumption of the high effi-ciency screw machine is reduced by 46%compared with the ordinary screw machine,and the VRF air conditioning system is reduced by 51%.The cost of magnetic levitation cooling air conditioning system is 1.3 times higher than that of VRF air conditioning system.In summary,the best design scheme is VRF air conditioning system.
