摘要

Abstract

Building a learning society is an important strategic initiative to achieve the modernization of education in China.Integrating into the learn-ing society strategy will promote the scientific,sustainable and effective development of prison education at a high level,thus reducing recidivism rate of the ex-prisoners and guaranteeing the stable social development of the society.The high-quality development of prison education has the triple logic:the historical logic from correctional rehabilitation to educational reinvention,the theoretical logic driven by philosophy,psychology and pedagogy,and the practical logic based on the domestic and international experience in the development of prison education.By combing history,theory and practice and then exploring the generative logic of the development of prison education under the strategy of learning society,it helps to clarify the realistic path for the integration of prison education into the learning society from the epistemology,methodology and theory of action and promotes the cause of educational modernization in our country in the new era will be comprehensively established.
