山西省中等职业教育资源配置优化研究
Study on Optimization of Secondary Vocational Education Resource Allocation in Shanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
The allocation of resources for secondary vocational education should be coordinated with the trend of population change.In order to im-prove the efficiency of resource allocation,Shanxi Province needs to optimize the allocation of secondary vocational education resources based on popula-tion changes.Based on the birth population data of Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2023,it is found that the expected school-age population in the seconda-ry vocational education stage of Shanxi Province from 2024 to 2033 is roughly the same as that of the current school students and it will show a continuous decline from 2034 to 2038.Under the background that the population loss phenomenon is gradually controlled,the phenomenon of urban agglomeration and regional loss will continue.From the analysis of the vertical change in time and the horizontal composition of factors,the current supply of secondary vocational education resources in Shanxi Province is characterized by the lack of dynamic growth in funding and the concentration of quality and distribu-tion problems.Based on this,the paper puts forward a specific plan for the allocation of secondary vocational education resources in Shanxi Province and should adhere to the concept of high-quality development,promote the realization of education balance and fairness and the deep integration of talent chain and industrial chain.关键词
