新质生产力背景下职业教育产业学院建设路径探索
Exploration on the Construction Path of Vocational Education Industry Colleges under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
The development of new quality productive forces requires a new type of labor team and the new type of labor refers to the high-quality ap-plied talents who can master the new quality means of production and innovate or transform the new type of labor objects,which puts forward new require-ments for the training of vocational education talents,and also presents new opportunities and challenges for the integration of industry and education in vo-cational education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.Combined with the characteristics and the type of vocational education and the characteristics of specialized and sophisticated enterprises,the paper analyzes the premises,elements and internal logic of constructing industrial colleges from the theoretical level and explores the high-tech,efficient and high-quality paths that deepen the industry-education integration theory and school-enterprise cooperation from the practical level,including reform and innovation of institutional mechanisms,research on personnel training models,and technology transfer and transformation.Draw on the current experience in the construction of industrial colleges,enrich the mode of constructing industrial colleges,and optimize the modern apprenticeship mechanism.Strengthening the top-level system design,the government flexibly guides the multi-party participation to dredge the channels of cooperation and exchange,cultivates a new type of labor force by the"teacher-textbook-pedagogy"reform empow-ering a new apprenticeship system to dredge the crux of talent training and improves the mode of technology transfer and transformation by resource platform construction+media publicity to dredge the crux of industrial transformation and upgrading.关键词
