中国式现代化视域下乡村教师专业发展的支持服务体系构建
Construction of Support Service System for Rural Teachers'Professional Development from the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization

Abstract
Rural teachers are in a disadvantaged position in China's education development system and their development cannot be separated from a set of strong support and service system.In the context of Chinese path to modernization,it has become an urgent task to promote the construction of rural teachers'professional development support service system.Goal management theory is a modern management theory,which is widely applied in the fields of public management and education management and is highly applicable for building a support service system for the professional development of rural teachers.Introducing goal management theory to construct a support service system for rural teacher teams can design a framework from aspects,such as goal setting,goal implementation process and effectiveness evaluation.The construction of a support service system needs to take goal management as the starting point,explore the path and strategy of multi-party collaboration among the government,education administrative departments,universities,pri-mary and secondary schools,society and rural teachers,etc.,and form a"zone of proximal development"for the professional development of rural teach-ers.关键词
