乡村教师数字素养何以培育与发展
How to Cultivate and Develop Rural Teachers'Digital Literacy

Abstract
The development of rural teachers'digital literacy is crucial to the comprehensive reform of education,particularly in enhancing the quality and balance of compulsory education and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the context of educational modernization.Based on the research of systematic literature review method,a total of 40 empirical research articles on rural teachers'digital literacy from domestic and interna-tional sources in the past ten years were sorted out and analyzed.Firstly,the basic situation of the empirical research articles was described from the three dimensions:literature publication,object source and research design.Secondly,the research status of the articles was reviewed from the three dimen-sions:framework composition,current situation summary and path countermeasures.Finally,based on the overall summary of the articles,the future trends of the empirical research on the digital literacy of rural teachers were anticipated from the research perspectives,objects,methodologies and value dimensions.关键词
