摘要

Abstract

Educational beliefs,as an important component of teachers'professional competence,play a decisive role in teachers'educational behav-ior and performance.The cultivation of educational beliefs among teacher trainees is an important task for teacher training programs in colleges and univer-sities.Using the research method of questionnaire survey,377 students majoring in teacher education at J University were selected as the research subjects.Through in-depth analysis of the current educational beliefs of university teacher education students,the quality of training in university teacher education majors was thoroughly examined to reveal the problems in the educational beliefs of normal university students and to propose corresponding strategies for cultivating educational beliefs.
