在线教育背景下学习支持服务体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of Online Education Learning Support Service System
摘要
Abstract
As an important part of the education field,how to ensure the quality of online education and how to achieve the goal of talent training have become urgent concern for colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality of online education,this paper proposes to build an online education learning support service system based on learner portraits.Through the four steps of acquiring learner information,data preprocessing,portrait label extrac-tion,portrait modeling and visualization,learner portraits are constructed and individual and group characteristics of learners are analyzed to provide strong support for accurate learning support services.On this basis,a learner support service system including learning resource support service,personnel sup-port service,management support service,emotional support service and evaluation support service is designed to provide comprehensive and personalized support services for learners.关键词
