摘要

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of intelligent manufacturing technology,the intelligence and portability of welding technology have become important development directions in shipbuilding.Three portable intelligent welding robot systems are designed and developed,which utilize manual drag teaching and visual recognition technology to achieve automated welding operations by quickly constructing the welding paths of component welds.The system features a compact size,lightweight,ease of operation,and safety and reliability,supports human-machine collaborative operation,and possesses a highly flexible design that can adapt to the welding needs of various complex structures.Practical applications indicate that the system significantly enhances trainees' efficiency in mastering intelligent welding technology,increases their interest in learning,and improves their practical skills.By integrating advanced intelligent welding technology,the system offers advantages of flexible operation and easy transport,providing strong support for teaching and engineering practice.The results demonstrate that the portable intelligent welding system not only meets the talent training needs of the new era but also provides technical support and talent assurance for the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry,holding significant practical significance and application value.
