基于Icepak的电助力自行车中置电机塑料齿轮温度仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of Plastic Gear Temperature of the Drive Unit of E-bike Based on Icepak

Abstract
The problem of high heat flux density inside the drive unit of e-bike may lead to the failure of the plastic gear of heat-sensitive materials,thereby reducing the service life of the product,so it is urgent to protect the plastic gear with a corresponding thermal management system,and in order to improve the thermal management system for the plastic gear,it is necessary to accurately predict the real-time temperature of the plastic gear first.Taking a typical working condition as an example,the temperature distribution of the internal circuit board and the deceleration transmission system is studied by using Icepak simulation,and the effectiveness of the simulation is verified by comparing with the measured temperature of some devices.On this basis,multiple simulations are carried out to obtain the steady-state temperature of the plastic gear under different working conditions.Based on the theory of heat transfer and combined with the data of multiple simulations,the temperature prediction expression suitable for plastic gears is fitted.The results show that the simulation results are reliable enough,and the maximum error is 4.38%.The expression of the steady-state temperature of the plastic gear on the speed and torque under laboratory conditions is obtained,and the prediction error of the test under variable conditions is within±5℃.Compared with the traditional lumped parameter method,it saves a lot of modeling and calculation time,and can be applied to engineering scenarios that require fast and accurate temperature prediction of plastic gears.关键词
