Abstract
Taking the magnetic levitation spinning cup rotor bearing system applied to air flow spinning as an example,the dynamic model of maglev spinning cup is established.Based on Riccati transfer matrix method,the third order critical speed of the rotor when the bearing stiffness is 5×106 N/m and the change of the critical speed with the bearing stiffness are calculated and analyzed.Based on ANSYS13.0,the dynamic simulation analysis of the spinning cup rotor-bearing system above is carried out.The simulation results are compared with those calculated by Riccati transfer matrix method,and the relative error is less than 5%.By means of HP35670A frequency response analyzer,the modal tests of spinning cup rotor in free state and suspension state are carried out,and the natural frequencies of rotor in two states are measured.The high speed test of the whole rotor-bearing system is carried out to analyze the rotor displacement at the maglev bearing at different speed,so as to further verify the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis results.The results show that the established rotor-bearing system dynamics model is reasonable and has certain reference significance for the design and analysis of flexible rotors.关键词
