Abstract

In order to realize the rapid construction of digital twin system,it is one of the most effective ways to efficiently reuse a large number of twin models accumulated in automated production lines.Given the deficiencies in modeling efficiency and information reuse frameworks of existing solutions,research has been conducted on rapid modeling methods for digital twin systems oriented towards the entire process.Based on the characteristics of the diversity of the objects to be studied,the object features are obtained by the similarity measurement method of the multi-level longest common subsequence,and the algorithm design is optimized to explore the typical process flow,and an information reuse strategy is further proposed to integrate the effective information of the typical process flow to support the inheritance and reconstruction of information,so as to realize the multi-directional and whole-process optimization design of this kind of problem.Finally,the circuit breaker digital twin workshop is taken as an example for verification,and the results show that compared with the traditional construction method,the twin system architecture method comprehensively considers the objectivity and flexibility of the reuse method,and achieves a comprehensive optimization efficiency of no less than 40%under the number of thousands of models,and the actual project development cycle can be shortened by 50%,which significantly improves the construction efficiency of the twin model.
