Abstract
Aiming at the problem of energy saving and environmental protection in the production of flexible job shop,a proposal was made to take the shop energy consumption index as the optimization target of scheduling problem.Meanwhile,the energy consumption of flexible job shop was divided into four dimensions for analysis:the processing technology dimension,the processing product dimension,the processing equipment dimension and the production auxiliary dimension,and describes various mathematical expressions of energy consumption were described.A workshop scheduling model with equipment energy consumption,workpiece transportation energy consumption and maximum completion time of production process as optimization sub-objectives was constructed,and the model was solved by improving the Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ).Through Matlab tool,15 groups of Pareto optimal solutions are obtained,and the optimal scheduling scheme of energy consumption is obtained when the maximum completion time of the workshop is less,which verifies the effectiveness and effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,based on the aforementioned research results,the actual system was developed and applied in a domestic steel mill,which effectively reduced the energy consumption of the workshop and ensured the production efficiency.Compared with the previous research conclusions of scholars,the reasearch outcomes were developmed and implemented and further promoted them in various enterprises.关键词
