摘要

Abstract

The section optimization of tube beam is one of the key factors in vehicle lightweight and performance design.The cooperative optimization of tube beam section shape and size is an important work in chassis parts design.In this paper,a double hyperelliptic equation is proposed which combines shape and size with two different attribute variables,and the section of arbitrary curved edge is constructed by using the double hyperelliptic equation.For the optimization of arbitrary curved section,an adaptive optimization model and a multi-section continuous optimization algorithm are established.The optimization method can automatically perform shape optimization,size optimization and shape equal/variable size co-optimization.The finite element analysis of the optimization scheme shows that the beam structure obtained by using the optimization of arbitrary curved section has the advantages of circumferential profile and uniform thickness transition,which effectively reduces the stress concentration of the section,improves the utilization rate of materials,and provides an effective reference for the lightweight of automotive mechanical parts.
