面向复杂型腔激振抛磨的单质体振动装置动力学特性分析
Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Single-mass Vibratory Machine for Vibratory Finishing Within Complex Cavity
摘要
Abstract
In order to clarify the machinable load range of the machine currently used for vibratory finishing of complex cavity in casting casing and to solve the problems of poor effect and low efficiency when processing large casings,a kind of vibration synchronization mechanical model ofsingle-mass vibratingmachine driven by two exciters in reverse rotation is established,the validity of the system response solution is demonstrated by numerical simulation based on Simulink.Taking the amplitude as the evaluation standard and the effective load range is determined by numerical calculation.At the same time,the influences of vibration frequency,exciting force and spring stiffness on the amplitude under different loads are analyzed,and the methods to improve the system's amplitude for the machining of large casings are given.Finally,the acceleration signal of the vibratory device measured by the experiment is processed by low-pass filtering,which verify the correctness of the numerical calculation and simulation.关键词
